How long does shipping take for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy if I don't like a scent?
We want you to love your fragrance. If you are not satisfied with a scent, you can return unlit candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
Are Goose Creek products safe for pets and children?
Yes, our candles are non-toxic and formulated without harmful chemicals like parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. However, we always recommend burning candles on a heat-resistant surface out of reach of pets and children.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar during the first light. Always trim your wicks to 1/4 inch before every use to maintain a controlled flame.
